Blizzard is pleased to announce that Martin Rawlings, Chairman of Blizzard Utilities, has been appointed chairman of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Energy Committee.   Martin has over 30 years of experience in the UK gas and electricity markets, and is now advising CIPS members on their energy strategies.

CIPS is an international organisation, based in the UK, serving the purchasing and supply profession.  Dedicated to promoting good practice, CIPS provides a wide range of services for the benefit of members and the wider business community.
